Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST are typically dispatched the same day. Orders received after 1:00 PM IST will be shipped the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
All orders are shipped via our trusted delivery partners (e.g., Blue Dart, FedEx, Ecom Express, ShipRocket, or others).Standard delivery: 3-7 business days for most locations in India. Remote areas may take up to 10 business days. Deliveries occur Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (except national holidays).
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. For cash on delivery orders, charges will be displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier details. You can track your shipment online 24 hours after dispatch.
Order Packaging
All products are securely packaged in tamper-evident boxes to ensure safety and freshness; breakable items are further cushioned for protection during transit.
Change of Address/Order Redirection
Orders cannot be rerouted to a different address once dispatched. Please verify your shipping details before completing payment.
Delivery Issues
If your package arrives damaged, or you notice any shortage, please contact our customer service on the day of delivery for resolution. We require a signature for delivery; if not possible, please authorize a recipient at your address.
Returns and Exchanges
For issues with delivery or to initiate a return, refer to our Returns Policy or contact our support team via itrvanperfumes@gmail.com. Shipping fees are non-refundable on returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Service Interruptions
Estimated delivery times do not include delays due to public holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for such delays, but will keep you informed in such cases.
